3, 4, or 5 Full Day 8:00 am-4:00 pm
3, 4, or 5 Extended Day 7:00 am-6:00 pm

The Preschool Program at Cornerstone follows the Montessori Method of Early Childhood Education and provides a nurturing environment for self discovery and growth for all members of our classroom. We have 3 preschool classrooms, each have approximately 30 children with 3 full time staff members (typically 2 trained Montessori teachers with 1 trained teaching assistant). Each classroom is a distinct community, having classroom time, lunch, nap or rest, and playground time together. The arrangement and times of the programs offered in our preschool programs have grown from the needs expressed by the families we serve. The preschool curriculum closely follows the principles of Montessori education with areas of learning in practical living, sensorial, math, language, science, and art. Our holistic approach to education is evident as we support the opportunities for development socially, physically, intellectually and emotionally for each child.
