Jennifer, Teacher
Hi, I’m Jennifer Dennehy, Montessori teacher in the NorthWest Preschool Classroom.
I went to Fort Lewis College and studied Sociology and Environmental Studies.
After my daughter, Juniper, turned 2 years old, I worked as an assistant in a Montessori classroom for 2 years.  I received my Montessori training and certification at the Montessori Education Center of the Rockies (MECR) in 2003.  I taught at the Montessori School of Evergreen for 3 years, and began teaching at Cornerstone in 2006.

I am expecting my second child in spring of 2010. Juniper just turned double digits now she’s 10 and is a student at Compass Montessori School.

She then completed her AMI Montessori elementary training at the Washington Montessori Institute in Washington, DC.  Jennifer also holds a Master's degree in education from Loyola College in Maryland.
